This sassy ruffled red skirt from Tutu Cute Boutique just makes me want to dance! It’s got a salsa flair that is fun and flattering for any woman. I paired it with a classic white blouse and fun sequined bralet. I love all the painted walls east of downtown. They have provided me with so many colorful backdrops. I should have added some fruit in my hair and I could have channeled a little Carmen Miranda!
