Villa Bonita is an historic apartment building located on Hillcrest Road in Hollywood. The building is just a short walk from the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland. It was designed by Frank Webster and built in 1929. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 based on its architecture. Harrison lives just a couple doors down, so gets to enjoy walking or driving past this beautiful ivied building everyday on his way to work at The Third Floor.

The Villa Bonita is a very special place for me, as I lived in the Penthouse and owned the building for 27 years (1977-2004), while running A-1 Audio, Inc., now A1 Entertainment Services, Inc., or A-1LasVegas.com. The building has such positive vibes, as I met my lovely spouse Holly while living there, and happily raised two children. All the people living there were so unique and became successful over the years. Holly and I gathered the historic data on the building and registered it on the National Register of Historic Places, in order to protect the building and surrounding area. Thank you for this site.
