Location: Eight Row Flint
It’s Taco Tuesday so I headed over to Eight Row Flint, decided to dress in some not-so-basic black and enjoy! The namesake for this place, 8-Row Flint Corn is likely believed to be the variety of corn that was first ground into a meal, then mashed, fermented and distilled into American whiskey. Dent corn, grown in the South, is now the industry standard for making bourbon. The owners say it’s named after the source of their two favorite things: whiskey and tacos!
