Mod Chic is a fun new boutique in Rice Village where fashion is classy, contemporary and cutting edge. I love this beautiful rust colored blouse with the ruffled neck and sleeves, paired with these stunning black palazzo tuxedo pants accented with rust stripes. This victorian inspired outfit would make a bold statement for any party or dinner gathering.

Local designer, Ebele Iloanya,  founder, designer and creative director of Mod Chic, is beautiful, charming and talented. Oh, and did I mention she loves bows! She is so Bethie!
