The First Fashion X Houston Presented by Cadillac is coming October 13-15, 2016 at Silver Street Studios! This event, founded by native Austinite Matt Swinney, began with Fashion X Austin in 2009 and then Fashion X Dallas in 2014.  Now coming to Houston, Fashion X will be showcasing independent and emerging designers.

An event was held this past Friday to give us a little taste of what Fashion X has to offer. The evening began with guests arriving at Vrsi, one the the hottest nightclubs in Midtown. Each of us was then driven chauffeur-style in Cadillac’s first ever 2017 XT5 crossover to the show at Silver Street Studios. These cars are fantastic!! Waiting for us at Silver Street were drinks, sounds by DJ Athenz, sample dishes from Pass & Provisions and a fashion show. The show featured fashions by the amazing Chloe Dao and men’s fashions from Suitsupply. Models walked around and then stepped up on pedestals in front of the various Cadillacs to feature both the fashions and the cars.

FXH 2016 will feature 3 nights of runway shows featuring STARS from Lifetime Television’s hit series Project Runway, the best and brightest designers from the Houston area and emerging designers you can DISCOVER from around the globe. The GALLERY, a collection of pop up shops hosted by jewelry and accessories designers for both men and women, will be open for pre and post show browsing every night of the runway shows.
