Location: Pinks Hot Dogs
Pinks is the ultimate Mom and Pop hot dog stand. It started with Paul and Betty Pink selling hot dogs from a cart on a neighborhood street corner at La Brea and Melrose in 1939. They later established a restaurant in the same area and for the last 75 years Pinks has been a Hollywood landmark frequented by many Hollywood celebrities. It’s not uncommon to see limos pulling up to Pinks. There is always a line, but it’s worth the wait to try one of their 30 different varieties of hot dogs. YUM!
