Location: Tootsies

Pam Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor, founders of Juicy Couture, were recently in Houston to showcase their Fall 2014 collection for Pam & Gela.  They were honored at a lovely party one evening at the home of  John and Becca Cason Thrash. The next day this dynamic duo were at Tootsies presenting their collection and generously signing their new book – The Glitter Plan – How we started Juicy Couture.  These two gals are truly an entrepreneurial story.  I think everyone could learn something from reading their book.

The clothing line, Pam & Gela, can be described as “LA eccentric”. Their price-friendly pieces include tie-dyed velours, fun graphic t-shirts,  upscale sweatshirts, dressy but comfy blouses, dresses and rompers.  Pam and Gela invented the “elevated comfortable” look. They own it and we all continue to benefit from it.

Don’t let me forget to mention that these two ladies are also super cute, fun and friendly. I heart them a lot <3
