They say that diamonds are a girl’s best friend, so these best friends decided to head over to Valobra Jewelry! Vivian Wise, Kalyn Oden, Nicole Lassiter, Jennifer Brown and Bethie all had the most wonderful afternoon sipping a bit of champagne and trying on these phenomenal baubles at Valobra. If you think these jewels are worthy of royalty, maybe it’s because from 1905-1948 the Valobra Atelier was the official jewelers to the Italian royal family. The House of Savoy, then the longest-reigning dynasty in Europe, commissioned to Vittorio Valobra and his artisans a number of spectacular pieces, from matrimonial tiaras to official royal medals, as well as multiple jewelry creations to be worn and enjoyed by King Vittorio Emanuele III and his family.

We girls had the best time spending the afternoon with the charming and hospitable Franco Valobra, a direct descendant of  this multi-generational Italian jewelry atelier.  We wore black diamonds, white diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, yellow diamonds and more! Valobra jewelry is unique, sophisticated, spectacular and will make you feel like the royalty!

Look for Franco to unveil his new and latest collection at an exclusive invitation-only event to be hosted at his store on December 9th. He is co-hosting this event with Vivian Wise, one of his very favorite people and muses in Houston. Franco speaks so endearingly of Vivian calling her “the brilliantly, shining and sparkling Vivian”. I couldn’t agree more Franco!
