Avoid touching your face unnecessarily.
End your morning shower ritual with a blast of cold water for 20-30 seconds.
Don’t overcomplicate it. Eat when you’re hungry, drink when you’re thirsty. If you’re overweight, eat less and move more.

What are three things you can’t live without? (Besides God, family, and friends.)

Laughter, sunglasses and fast cars.

Do you have any irrational fears?

JD ~ As a child, I had an irrational fear of tooth decay.

Tony ~ That someone is in the backseat of my car when I’m driving at night.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

London is our favorite place on earth, but we also love the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs. We also love escaping for a weekend to my family’s ranch in the Texas hill country.

If you weren’t in your present occupation, what would you dream of doing?

JD ~ Residential Real Estate is literally my dream occupation and industry. If that were off the table, I would design the coolest lighting fixtures you’ve ever seen!
