All roads lead to creativity when over 200 artists converge on the streets to celebrate the artistic spirit of Houston. The Via Colori Street Painting Festival has grown into one of Houston’s signature events and remains the only street painting festival in the region. Each year over 200 artists create unique and amazing street paintings using pastel chalks ~ street paintings that you can only view for two days and then they become memories.

I love going to this event every year, pray for no rain and walk around in disbelief at how these artists are able to transform true art onto a street. I could go on and on, but my photos say it all.
