New York-based designer Kevin Johnn was recently at Maison Jolie showing his latest pieces from his 2017 collection. Kevin’s designs include luxurious fabrics with ingenious silhouettes that emanate a feeling of wearable couture.His extreme talent is why he has designed for celebrities such as Kendall Jenner, Michele Obama, Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz. Heidi Klum commissioned Kevin to design her wedding dress as well as several red carpet dresses for the Oscars. Kevin Johnn’s background includes working for the houses of Thierry Mugler, Azzedine Alaia, Donna Karan and Marc Jacobs. Since founding his own label, he has fine-tuned his extensive experience in couture dressmaking.

When I was looking through his collection, I was immediately drawn to this beautiful ecru patterned shirt and soft matching blouse. These pieces are versatile, sophisticated and wearable. They are also interchangeable with other items in your wardrobe. Most of all they are what I call “comfortable glamour”. Kevin Johnn’s collection would suit any woman’s wardrobe. I added this feminine bralet by Bordelle from Maison Jolie to spice things up for summer!
