From Mac & Cheese with Maple Glazed Pork Belly to Chicken & Waffles, all three of these specialty menus offer a variety of options to guests looking to dive into a delicious culinary experience. The dinner course is $35 per person and for every dinner sold, the restaurant will donate $3 to the local food bank which in turn feeds 9 people. The lunch and breakfast courses are $20 per person and for every meal sold, the restaurant will donate $1 to the local food bank which in turn feeds 3 people.
Warehouse 72’s concept design and menu offer guests a curated and elevated experience but with a local, historic vibe. Executive Chef, Jaime Salazar, has worked in the restaurant industry for more than a decade, most recently as Executive Chef at the River Oaks French hot spot Brasserie 19. Warehouse 72 now offers live music on Wednesday through Friday. On Wednesdays there is live music with Eddie Akhmetchine, a local saxophone player, and a DJ on Fridays. The artists invited on Thursday evenings have been vetted by a company called PickleJar, which is an app that hosts tips for live performers. Take a look here: https://picklejar.com/
Warehouse 72 was created with all that was loved about the old Spaghetti Warehouse. The owners have successfully curated a place full of exquisite food, stunning art, beautiful decor and a warm atmosphere for all to enjoy. Located at eh Marq’E Entertainment Center in Houston, Warehouse 72 offers guests an elevated, curated dining experience. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails along with amazing American cuisine from renown chef Jaime Salazar. The restaurant boasts an industrial look with brick walls graced with stunning street art by local artist Sebastian “Mr. D 1987” Boileau.
Salazar and his team make mozzarella in-house, which is showcased in starters such as the flash-fried mozzarella and bruschetta . The house-made mozzarella is also used on a variety of handcrafted pizzas with tender crusts made with finely textured 00 flour from Italy. Warehouse 72’s signature dish is Angel Hair Pasta with truffle cream sauce, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, grated fresh black truffles, chives and a touch of truffle oil. There are plenty of hearty main courses to choose from as well, such as Australian Lamb Chop “lollipops” and a hefty 14-oz prime grade ribeye. YUM!!!
The restaurant has super fun live music every Thursday and a DJ every Friday. Monthly events include an upcoming Flower & Earrings Workshop and Trivia Night. A 32-foot-long custom-made, antiqued-steel standing bar separates the bar area from the main dining room. The drink program is comprised of craft cocktails, 72 different wines by the bottle (including premium Italian selections), 27 wines by the glass and both local craft and imported beers, many of which are on tap. Guests can enjoy cocktails at the bar, full service dining throughout, private dining and banquets, a Chef’s Table experience, outdoor covered patio service as well as private catering off-site.
