Location: Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park
Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park, formerly the Williams Waterwall and the Transco Waterwall, sits opposite the south face of Williams Tower. The architects design for the water wall was to be a “horseshoe of rushing water”. The semi-circular fountain is 64 feet tall to symbolize the 64 stories of the tower. 46,500 s.f of water covers the interior and 35,000 s.f covers the exterior. The entire fountain’s water supply, consisting of 78,500 gallons, is recycled every 3 hours. It circulates 11,000 gallons of water every minute.

“Don’t go chasin’ waterfalls
Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you’re used to
I know that you’re gonna have it your way or nothing at all
But I think you’re moving too fast” Β (lyrics from Waterfalls by TLC)
