I absolutely love eyeliner…can’t live without it. I especially love this liquid liner because it has a thin felt-tip pen and is one of the only eyeliners I have found that does not smudge or smear. I have tried so many that later end up smudged, but this one only needs a few seconds to dry and stays on all day with no smudging. It goes on accurately and you can make a thin line across the lashes or a thick line with this pen. It’s available in ten fabulous shades. At around $30/tube, it’s a bit pricey but well worth it.
