Location: A’Bouzy
A’Bouzy is a bubbly “champagne-fueled” new restaurant that became a popular destination from the day it recently opened! Owner Shawn Virene became well known with the social and foodie set while he was general manager of Brasserie 19. I got to know him as well there, so when he opened A’Bouzy I was eager to follow! This charming bistro offers French-inspired American food and a very long list of champagnes and sparkling wines from all over the world. My favorite dish is the salmon with brussel sprouts. A’Bouzy has a beautiful bar for mingling, a main dining room with lots of “champagne bubbles” overhead and a fantastic covered patio that makes you feel like you’re in Paris. Named after the French wine-country village Bouzy, this fine-dining bistro is literally “littered” with champagne bottles. I love it and you will too!!
